Terms of Agreement

Workshop Registration:

  • Full fees are payable when receipt of your registration is acknowledged, at which point an invoice will be raised automatically and sent to you for payment. Your prompt payment within 3o days will be appreciated.

Workshop Cancellation:

  • We do hope that, apart from emergencies, you will be able to fulfill your commmitment to attend the workshop or event for which you have registered.
  • In the event that you do have to cancel we would appreciate if you would first try to send a replacement participant to take your place. Since numbers on our programs are limited to 15 maximum, it can make a big impact if you have to pull out. Sending a replacement helps us keep the workshop running in its desired format.
  • If no replacement can be sent, we will be happy to transfer your booking to our next scheduled program, subject to the following cancellation/transfer fees which reflect the costs we will have incurred in the run up to the program:

For cancellation/transfer within one calendar month of start date: no refund of fees. Replacement participant accepted.

For cancellation up to one calendar month before start date: your booking may be transferred to our next scheduled program, subject to a cancellation/transfer fee of up to 50% of full fees. This reflects any non-refundable costs we will have already incurred and which we cannot recoup.

Please do always speak with us as soon as any challenges to your attending arise. We want to work with you to find the best solution and to ensure that you are able to participate at the time that best works for you.

Destination You Coaching:

  • A personalised payment plan will be agreed with you for Destinaton You coaching sessions and will be specified in the coaching contract with your Inspired Future Coach.

Certification Fees:

  • Fees relating to Certification and our Path to Mastery are payable prior to commencing on the certification process and are non-refundable.
