Well, the answer lies in what we call Pure Coaching™. We discovered there’s a powerful force created when you integrate Pure Coaching™ into your style of leadership. And we want to share it with you in a way that helps you make a difference.
Now, we know you’ve heard a lot about coaching. We know it’s everywhere and we know it’s probably already in your organisation. - Start with the Destination Coach Foundation. In this five-day workshop you learn and practice our framework for Pure Coaching™. You will coach and you will be coached on real questions to move forward in your life and work. As you are coached, you will begin to envision your own Inspired Future. You’ll start to see your Future in new ways. You’ll want to step into it. The experience and specific outcomes will be unique to you. The insights will surprise you.
- Personal Coaching on a regular basis will ensure you sustain the learning and impact you gain from the Destination Coach Foundation workshop. Work with a professional coach or invite one of your fellow participants to buddy coach with you. That way you continue to learn together.
- Return for The Destination Coach Sequel and consolidate your capacity for doing this work with others. In this further five day workshop you delve deeper into Pure Coaching™. As you practice, you will feel what it is really like to be empowering and witness the potential that lies within individuals when they are given the space to create. You will begin to see the leader that you can really be as you integrate this capacity into your style. You’ll see how best to make a difference in the world.
- By now you will know the value of Pure Coaching™ to sustain you on your journey. Work with buddy coaches from your DC experiences to share learning, support each other, and continue to GROoW together.
You’ll experience a very special learning environment, being one of a maximum of 15 participants – inspiring and like minded people who you’ll want to stay in contact with after the event.
