What’s your definition of leadership?
Our definition is that a leader is someone – anyone – who can light up the way to the future, often before anyone else can see that way ahead of them. We call it “futureship” and it requires each of us to uncover our unique capacity for creating new possibilities.
To inspire, means to “breathe life into” and leaders breathe new life into teams, organizations, business, communities, and even families. Everywhere, there are opportunities to step up and lead.
As a Destination Leader, we’ll help you create a custom-designed roadmap for success. It will be unique to you and whatever context you are currently leading. This is not about a prescribed program. Rather it is working with you to identify and deliver success – with you as one of the leading characters. It means illuminating the way for others to see they can go places they didn’t know they could reach – and trusting the new future that emerges as a result. It will take you beyond your current horizon, to uncover new destinations, will focus on real value and discover what is truly possible. Ideally we’ll weave this new story of success together with the learning available through our Destination Coach and Destination You offerings.
